UNA RICETTA NON È SOLO UN ELENCO DI INGREDIENTI: È LA FIRMA DI CHI LA CREA. IL PANINO, SEMPLICE E VELOCE ALL'APPARENZA, NASCONDE QUOTIDIANITÀ E, ALLO STESSO TEMPO, CELEBRAZIONE.
OGNI CHEF LO COSTRUISCE COME COSTRUISCE LA PROPRIA IDENTITÀ. NELLA SUA RICETTA RACCONTA I GUSTI CHE LO HANNO FORMATO, LE SCELTE CHE LO DEFINISCONO, IL CORAGGIO
DI RENDERE PERSONALE UN PIATTO SEMPLICE.
FOTOGRAFIA E CARTA STAMPATA TRASFORMANO OGNI INGREDIENTE IN UN FRAMMENTO DI RACCONTO, TRASFORMANDO
IL PANINO NEL RITRATTO DI CHI LO HA CREATO.

ENG
A recipe is not just a list of ingredients: it's the signature of whoever creates it. The sandwich, simple and quick in appearance, holds both everyday life and celebration.
Every chef builds it the way they build their own identity.
In their recipe, they tell the tastes that shaped them, the choices that define them, the courage to make a simple gesture deeply personal.
Photography and printed paper transform ingredients into a fragmented story,
making the sandwich the portrait of whoever created it.

OGNI SUA FOTOGRAFIA SI TRASFORMA IN INGREDIENTE. PROSCIUTTO, FORMAGGIO, POMODORO, CIPOLLA: CIASCUN ELEMENTO DELLA RICETTA È COSTRUITO INTERAMENTE IN CARTA E ALTRI MATERIALI DI RECUPERO, STAMPATO E GRAFICATO PER PARODIARE CON IRONIA GLI INGREDIENTI CHE CONOSCIAMO.
UNO STOP-MOTION IN RIPRESA ZENITALE GUIDA LO SGUARDO ATTRAVERSO L'ASSEMBLAGGIO DEL PANINO, FOTOGRAMMA DOPO FOTOGRAMMA, FINO ALLA ROTAZIONE FINALE CHE RIVELA IL TITOLO DELL'EVENTO: RICETTE PER IL DISASTRO.
The project was created to promote the Milan stop of photographer Simone Biavati's tour, where each of his photographs becomes an ingredient. Prosciutto, sliced cheese, tomato, onion: every element of the recipe is built entirely from paper and other recycled materials, printed and designed to playfully parody the ingredients we know.
An overhead view stop-motion guides the eye through the assembly of the sandwich, frame by frame, until the final rotation reveals the project's title: Ricette per il disastro (tr. “Recipes for a disaster”).
QUESTA VOLTA È UNA CARBONARA, COSTRUITA INTERAMENTE CON MATERIALI DI SCARTO DELLA FOTOGRAFIA. I CAVI USB-C DIVENTANO SPAGHETTI, MENTRE PELLICOLE ISTANTANEE E RULLINI FUJIFILM ESAUSTI PRENDONO IL POSTO DI GUANCIALE E PECORINO. IL PIATTO VIENE SERVITO SU UNA TERRINA CHE RIPORTA IL NOME DELL'EVENTO.
For the Roman stop of the tour, the recipe adapts to the territory: this time it's a Carbonara, built entirely from photography's waste materials. USB-C cables become spaghetti, while instant film and spent Fujifilm rolls replace guanciale and pecorino. The dish is served in a terracotta bowl bearing the name of the event.
